How does Axiom Flow's institutional pricing work?
We offer academic-aligned packages based on enrolled student seats per semester, trimester, or academic year. Our pricing scales dynamically: the more student seats you license, the lower the rate per student. Choosing an annual license also unlocks discounts of up to 30% compared to term-by-term billing.
What is the "Shared Credit Pool" and why is it beneficial?
Instead of locking each student to an individual limit, all credits are combined into a single shared pool for your course or department. Since some students use the tool heavily while others use it lightly, the shared pool allows usage to balance out naturally. This ensures no student is locked out of completing assignments due to individual usage caps.
How are student seats managed and provisioned?
Seat management is completely automated. Through LTI plugin, student seats are provisioned the moment they click the Axiom Flow link from within your LMS (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, etc.). You can also upload a CSV roster. To handle add/drop periods, seats can be reallocated freely during the first 14 days of the term.
What happens if our institution's shared credit pool runs dry?
Administrators receive automatic alerts when the credit pool reaches 75%, 90%, and 100% capacity. By default, usage caps at 100% to prevent unexpected charges, but you can opt-in to automatic, low-cost overage billing ($25 per 1,000 credits) to ensure continuous student learning.
