• Research, Analytics & Product Improvement: We may use de-identified and aggregated user inputs (including chat interactions) for analytics, to analyze platform usage, resolve software defects, and enhance the overall Axiom Flow experience. This ensures the pedagogical AI behaves accurately and safely.
• Third-Party AI Providers: To provide our service, your inputs are processed by third-party AI models. We require these providers, by contract, to process your data strictly to generate responses.
• No Model Training: We explicitly DO NOT use your personal data, uploaded notes, or chat interactions to train our AI models, nor do we permit our third-party AI providers to use your data to train their foundational models.
• No Data Selling: Your data remains yours. We do not sell or share (as defined by applicable privacy laws) your chat interactions, learning progress, or personal identifiers to third parties for advertising or monetary gain.

We do not sell your personal data.
