By accessing or using Axiom Flow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Axiom Flow provides an AI-powered educational simulation where users can upload content to "teach" an AI agent ("Sam"). The service is provided "as is" and is intended for educational purposes only.

When you create an account with us, you represent that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You allow us to process the educational materials (notes, text, URLs) you upload solely for the purpose of generating the AI simulation. You retain all rights to your content. You must not upload content that violates any third-party rights or applicable laws.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Axiom Flow and its licensors.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

In no event shall Axiom Flow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
