Axiom Flow is an AI-powered learning platform where users upload study material and teach an AI student (“Sam”) by correcting misconceptions and evaluating understanding through simulated exams.

The Service is provided for educational purposes only and is offered “as is” and “as available.”

You retain ownership of any content you upload, including notes, PDFs, and text (“User Content”).

By using the Service, you grant Axiom Flow a limited right to process your User Content solely for the purpose of:

• Generating Sam’s thoughts and misconceptions
• Running learning sessions and exams
• Providing the learning experience to you

We do not use your User Content to train AI models.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or misuse the AI system
• Upload malicious or abusive content

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom Flow and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or learning outcomes, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Axiom Flow does not guarantee academic or exam performance.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the “Last updated” date or through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
